Learn Spanish and Cook at our Culinary Event:
Dish: “Papa a la Huancaína”
Origin: Peru
We are making “Papa a la Huancaína” Papa a la Huancaína comes from the Huancayo area of Peru and is a dish consisting of a spicy and creamy cheese sauce that is served over boiled potatoes.
Our very own Culture and Communication Advisor, Doris Gamero de Lazo, will be walking us through how this traditional and delicious dish is made. She is a native Peruvian and an awesome cook.
